Welcome to The Kilby Life and Kilby Hears God.

We’re Aaron and Beth Kilby, and these two channels reflect the two inseparable parts of our lives: intentional living and intentional faith.

The Kilby Life is where we share our practical journey toward better health, discipline, and stewardship of the body. Aaron chose a low-carb way of eating after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, not as a trend, but as a necessary step toward healing, responsibility, and long-term health. Beth’s journey has been shaped by serious food allergies, which forced a deep awareness of ingredients, food quality, and how what we eat truly affects the body. Together, those realities reshaped how we shop, cook, and live.

Kilby Hears God focuses on the spiritual side of that same intentional life. It’s a place for Scripture, reflection, obedience, repentance, and learning to hear and respond to God’s voice in everyday life. Faith isn’t separate from how we eat, work, rest, or lead — it informs all of it.

Across both channels, our heart is simple:
to live with clarity, discipline, and faith in a noisy, distracted world.

We share what we’re learning — honestly, imperfectly, and without hype — in hopes that it helps others take responsibility for their health, deepen their faith, and live with greater purpose.
